You are running out of time

Deadline is approaching

You can't wait much longer.

You need time to think hard about whether that mascot can beatup that mascot, or if blue will beat red or orange can beat purple, or if that campus is prettier than that one.

Whatever method you use to pick your bracket is probably no better than anyone else's.

But you still need time to pick your bracket. So get on it!

If you are really pressed for time, there are 3 options in the Bracket Pool that will pick your bracket for you.

And Hat Pool picks require no thinking at all.

If you want to consider travel time from a team's campus to their First Round game to help you pick your bracket, here is a link to an article with the travel distances of every First Round team.

I will give you 3 guesses on which team has the shortest travel distance, and the first two guesses don't count.

Duke, Duke, and Duke.

Ding! Ding! Ding! Ding! We have a winner!

Duke is so close to their First Round game, they don't need to fly there.

Word has it, they will be taking a horse-drawn carriage like the royalty that the NCAA thinks they are.

They can eat in their dining hall and sleep in their own dorm rooms if they want.

Their travel distance is closer than most people's work commute.

It is freaking 21 miles.

Their team hotel might be further away than their dorm rooms.

Guess who has the longest road trip.

Hint: It's a 4-seed.

It's Maryland. It's Maryland.

The Terps have to travel 2,324 miles from College Park to Seattle.

That's a 6-hour flight.

We are a 4-seed, and we are treated worse than Robert Morris (125 miles).

We haven't been in the ACC since 2013 and somehow Duke and the ACC is still screwing us.

SERENITY NOW!!!
