Did last night's destruction of Virginia by Colorado State make you second guess your picks? If so, you can revise your brackets up to the deadline. Just open your bracket and resubmit. But you cannot exchange your hat picks at least not with the hat. You get what you get, and you don't get upset. Or, if you are upset, buy another! But don't put it off any longer! You will miss out.
